we have asked serverwizards.com aka kravietz for help in setting up our servers DNS and such, last time our server was stopped by our providers because a fake paypal page was set up, that was, may be two years ago. I didn't think it had anything to serverwizards.
Thing is, since they did it fast last time. We asked them for help again and everything went fine as expected only these time the servers were brand new, just received them from our hosting provider. Voila, i just found the same thing in one of the accounts on the server (3 days ago the job was perfomed) and in one account that i just set it up hours ago.
Am suspicious.

With a plethora of web hosting companies out there claiming to provide the best of web hosting services, the choice of choosing one out of them becomes quite a herculean task. If you take all of them on face value, every other seems to stand out from the rest and all of them tend to look better than the other. The reputation of the web hosting services provider ought to be given consideration.

I recently signed up for a couple of grid accounts on Media temple and even recommended the company to some clients, but so far both those accounts have run into frequent downtime and undeliverable mail due to "compromised accounts" on the same server.... is this the status quo at Media Temple? I'm really surprised at how poor their hosting service is. I'm wishing I'd stayed with my previous host now.. their customer service isn't the greatest, but at least they're competent system admins.
I'm wondering, should I wait this out, is Media Temple's service generally good, just having some difficulties at the moment, or should I cut and run now?
