content delivery network cdn for wordpress site anygood

im looking forward creating a web using wordpress and need good ping from several continents, specially south america, north america and europe.
the web would include lot of photos and maybe some 360 interactive view.
As a single location host is not bad if carefully chosen but not best, i would like to know if i could find in cdn an answer.
Ive spent last days reading here and there and my personnal opinion as non expert in this topics is that database driven webs hardly get any benefit from cdn cache. And that every cdn is different from any other and you cannot know if one is gonna work for this kind of request.
for now i would probably be putting it on a host but do you have any advice on this. Is there a cdn or cdn reseller or a host reselling also some big cdn for small webs and great support with fully managed service.
My initial price would be 30 to 50 without including the cdn part.
