DMEHosting.com Review (Negative)

Hi I signed up with their webhosting plan (advance linux) and they suck. I will give you a list of negatives.
1st. Don't think their costs are only $7.95 / month, it's actually $9.95 / month, that is a yearly price. They tricked me.
2nd. 24x7 Support? Bull. They don't really more like 18x5.
3rd. They say on their webhosting plans that "Curl" is enabled, that is bull. It didn't work for me.
4th. In TOS (terms of service) they say under "3.2 Limitations on Client Content/Usage" that they don't allow "Using account space for storage/backup of files." and "Having more than a 2-5 media streaming files." Which I needed! I own a podcast which needs alot of .mp3 files, and they don't allow that. What happened to "unlimited"?
5th. Refund policy sucks. I havn't asked them for a webhosting refund cause of already more than 30 days but I just ordered a vps in the first day and they don't give a freaken refund. Only say "month to month contract".
So in my review, at first they are your great client, but later on your just like anybody else. lol. I don't recommend them. They are way too strict on everything. And like if you make a mistake and break their servers, omg they might just charge your credit card for all those repair fees because they have the "right".

4.5 Refund Policy
If Client is not satisfied with services provided by DMEHosting.com, Client is given thirty days to terminate contract and receive a full refund. Refund does not include, and not limited to, domain registrar fees, software licensing and any additional fees paid by Host. Otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the customer. The thirty day (30) money back guarantee is only for hosting accounts. Other services rendered by DMEHosting does not qualify.Any questions please pm me, I can answer them.
