Need recommendations for hosting.

Hello,
I am in need of an offshore hosting, preferably NL. I am looking to start small on a shared hosting and upgrade to a VPS or dedi soon after.
I want it to accept my website to link to torrent downloads and nothing more.
Don't care the prices/specs all i need is to be a good company, respecting it's clients :)
