shared hosting needed

I need recommendations for shared hosting with good support, reputation and low prices. :)
I am working on a textpattern-based, multi-author film review site. I think shared hosting will do for now considering my few requirements.
500MB Disk Space (maybe less)
5GB transfer or less
PHP5
phpmyadmin
MySQL
Apache
Some kind of control panel
Virtual host (or multiple domains)
Subdomains
POP3/SMTP
Autoresponders
$10/month or less
I have come across MDDHosting and Webzpro, both of which exceed my requirements. They appear to be solid but has any one experience with either host? Are there better alternatives?
